Corey and Ira take the scenic route to visit Half Print Brewing Co. in Waseca, Minnesota. The guys chat with Mike and Amy McQuery, co-owners of Half Pint, and come straight from the farm brewery’s beautiful taproom to talk about the vision of the business, how the two landed in Minnesota to open it and what to expect with the farm-to-table concept in use.
For this week’s beer samples, Corey and Ira enjoy six different styles from Prairie Brothers Brewing Company, a brewery out of Fargo, North Dakota.
Andrew also stops by to educate us about the style of the week, which is Belgian blonde ales.
